Welcome to the Community,
it's actually very easy to do this. Create a second virtual switch (without physical uplinks) and configure the pfSense virtual machine with two network adapters, one connected to your home network and one to the internal only vSwitch. Then setup your VMs and connect them to the internal vSwitch only.
