I just noticed that it is a duplicate of [1].
Since other products like VMWare Fusion already SUPPORT this feature [2], it should not be too hard to implement.
It's really a mess to switch primary displays all the time (further, it is not the best idea to move the primary task bar to that display where it will be overlayed by a fullscreen application)...
