just out of curiosity if I am going to put server 2008r2 as one of my vm on both host and make one the main dc and the other secondary dc and printers server. and migrate from my old physical 2003 servers of course doing the usually prep steps and transfering fsmo, and then demoting the olds..
My main question is can i us the VmWare Stand Alone Converter tool. to bring over my shares and all the data?
