VMware-VIMSetup-all-5.1.0-1123966.iso is a vimiso build it contains all the builds(VPX,NGC,VUN etc) and VMware vCenter Server is part of VPX so it shows build no for virtual center as 1123961.That is correct VPX build no must be 1123961.
