Thanks for your reply,

Steps involved in my process:

1.Mount(R/W mode) and list the files inside the VMDK - Executed

2.Search the files/folders inside VMDK - Executed

<<Application crash  here>>

3.Copy the needed files/folders from VMDK,Dismount the VMDK file.- Not executed

In the above scenario.,If i will try to mount the vmdk file after the above crash,I am getting the following error message

Read error : The specified virtual disk needs repair

How to solve this?
